Restorative Yoga
Restorative Pilates Yoga for those wanting to focus on 5 to 6 asnas for the hour. Props will be used to allow the mind to focus and the body to hold positions for long periods of time. The philosophy in this class is to give the body time to become still allowing healing to come from within.
