She has trained and received certifications through the College of Sports Medicine, STOTT PILATES, PhysicalMind Pilates Institute and several other Internationally Recognized Fitness Organizations. She is certified through STOTT PILATES for Golf Specific Curriculum and Injury and Special Populations Therapy.
